Clayton Method · Website Kickoff

Let's build your site.

This is everything we need to write and design your new website — your words, your brand, your images. Fill in what applies to you; skip what doesn't. There's no wrong way to do this, and you don't have to finish it in one sitting.

Who this is for and how to reach you.

Brand & Assets

Anything we'd need to actually build the site — logo, colors, and images. Upload the best-quality versions you have.

If you already have a site, drop the link here so we know what we're replacing or working from.

Hex codes (like #133D2E) or just color names — whatever you have. We'll preview them below as you type.

The highest-quality version you have — SVG or a PNG with a transparent background is ideal. Include an icon/favicon version too if you have one.

Team photos, product shots, headshots, behind-the-scenes — anything you'd like us to consider using on the site.

Brand guidelines, fonts, style guides — anything else that helps us match your look.

Uploads so far: 0 MB (keep the combined total under 18 MB so everything can email through in one piece — if you have more to share, mention it in Extras and we'll send you a link to upload separately).

        Home Page

Usually the first thing people see. First impressions matter here.

Bold and short — ideally under 8 words. What do you offer, who's it for, why should they care?

1–2 sentences underneath the headline that add a bit more clarity.

What makes you stand out? A hot take, a mission statement, something your visitors are struggling with — give us a bit of your story.

What you offer (your 3–4 main offers, one sentence each)

Walk visitors through your process, 3–5 simple steps. What's step one, two, three... and what do they get at the end?

If you want a newsletter/freebie sign-up on the site — what's the incentive? (checklist, guide, discount, etc.)

A brief intro to you and your business to start building credibility. How long have you been doing this, how did you get here, who have you helped?

Press, podcasts, notable clients or communities — list them here (and add logos to the images section above if you have them).

Testimonials (as many or as few as you like)

Numbers sell — clients served, revenue generated, before/afters, units sold, whatever proves you deliver.

One last nudge at the bottom of the homepage — a header + short line encouraging visitors to explore further.

        About Page

Give visitors a better sense of what you do and who you serve — keep it client-centric, not just about you.

What sets you apart, tied back to why the visitor should care.

A quick description of your ideal client so they recognize themselves.

Why should they trust you? Your backstory, your "why," how you've been in their shoes.

The steps you take (or what your product/service does) to get a client from where they are to where they want to be.

3–6 fun facts about you — as playful or mild as you like. One per line is fine.

        Services Page

Usually one of the most-visited pages, alongside Home.

More sales-focused than the About page — reiterate what makes you different and the transformation you provide.

        List of services

For each: who it's for, what they get, the transformation, and the investment. Prices help visitors self-qualify — a "starting at" price or range works too.

Frequently asked questions (the ones you get most on calls or in DMs)

A free trial, money-back guarantee, happiness guarantee — anything that removes risk for the buyer.

        Contact Page

Short and simple — we'll build the actual form (name, email, message). This is just the surrounding copy.

1–2 sentences encouraging visitors to reach out.

        Social media (optional)

        Privacy Policy

Every website needs one. If you already have one, paste it below — otherwise leave this blank and we'll use a standard template.

        Extras

Anything we missed — blog ideas, portfolio pieces, additional pages, questions, notes. Your catch-all space.

We'll follow up by email once we've reviewed everything.
